Language
  • The official language of the conference is English. No translation arrangements will be made.
 
Time
  • During the Conference Busan is 9 hours ahead of Greenwich Mean Time (GMT +9).
 
Passport & Visa Requirements
  • All visitors to the Republic of Korea must have a valid passport and visa.
  • Visitors with round trip tickets from countries who have a special agreement with Korea may be exempt from the visa requirement and can stay in Korea Visa-free for periods of up to thirty or ninety days, depending on the type of agreement between the two countries.

Currency
  • Korea's official monetary unit is the won.
  • The Korean currency consists of the fifty thousand, ten thousand, five thousand and one thousand won note, and the five hundred, one hundred, fifty and ten won coin.

Insurance and liability
  • In registering for the SPP5 conference you agree that neither the organizing committee nor the conference secretariat accept any liability whatsoever. Participants are requested to make their own arrangements in respect of health and travel insurance.
