The registration fee includes:
Admission to all conference sessions
A programme & abstract book
Access to the welcome reception (May 15, 2011)
Coffee, tea and lunch during conference breaks
Snacks & drinks during poster sessions
Accompanying persons
There is no special programme for accompanying persons. Participants may bring an accompanying person to the welcome reception on Sunday May 15. For the above mentioned optional fees, additional tickets can be booked when registering on line for the conference.
Cancellation Policy
Please note that the following cancellation policy is applicable to your registration:
Cancellations received before 16 February 2011 will be charged 10% of the registration fee.
Cancellations received between 16 February 2011 and 15 April 2011 will be charged 50% of the registration fee.
Cancellations received after 16 April 2011 will be charged 100% of the registration fee.
