Plasmonics is a rapidly growing and evolving field on the cutting edge of optical sciences, photonic, thin film- and nanotechnology. The SPP conference series is the premier international series in this field. SPP-5 will bring together in excess of 400 plasmonics experts from across the globe, both junior and senior, both from academia and industry to exchange their latest results and set the agenda for future developments in the field. The topics will include fundamental science, nanophotonics, terahertz plasmonics, nano-fabrication and applications of plasmonic (nano)structures, such as biosensors for health care or light concentration for solar energy, and optical instrumentation for performing state-of-the-art research. We welcome all of you to the port city of Busan, with its panoramic beaches and dynamic atmosphere.
